These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the current public BezaLink website, including public pages, public materials, brief intake, and legal-policy routes.

These Terms apply only to the public website. They do not govern unreleased products, private environments, paid services, pilots, partnership agreements, credential issuance, employer verification services, or future service relationships unless those services expressly adopt these Terms.

BezaLink Technologies Inc. is an Alberta corporation building human-centred mastery infrastructure for adaptive learning, evidence-based competency, and reviewable workforce trust.

The public website explains BezaLink at a high level. It is not a production product portal, credential issuance environment, learner account system, employer verification system, or private operating environment unless a specific feature is separately authorized, enabled, and governed by additional terms.

The website provides public information for review and evaluation. It may describe platform direction, product concepts, current public posture, future capabilities, pilots, demonstrations, or services available only where separately authorized and enabled.

Website content is provided for general information. It does not create a service relationship, partnership, employment relationship, learner relationship, issuer relationship, verifier relationship, fiduciary relationship, or professional-advice relationship.

The brief route is for qualified institutional inquiry only. Submitting a brief request does not guarantee a response, meeting, pilot, product access, commercial relationship, confidentiality agreement, or acceptance into any BezaLink program.

Do not submit sensitive personal, learner, medical, financial, legal, confidential third-party, trade-secret, or regulated information through the public brief form. BezaLink may reject, delete, restrict, or decline to review inappropriate submissions.

Brief submissions are handled under the Privacy Policy version identified in the form and related server payload.

Use of the website is also governed by the BezaLink Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how BezaLink handles personal information through the public website, brief intake, related services only where separately authorized and enabled, and policy notices.
